In PCB production, models, batches and process/inspection status are often distinguished by color. Ordinary colored labels discolor, curl or lift after reflow soldering, cleaning and chemicals — losing identification and traceability.

Solution

XF-505 combines a 1 mil light-green polyimide film with permanent acrylic adhesive — visual color coding plus reliable identification through high-temperature processing.

  Polyimide film stays stable through reflow and wave soldering — less shrinkage, lifting or detachment.
