One material. One print system. One traceability chain — from the primary container to the finished IVD kit.
Hubungi kamiIVD packaging creates an unusual labeling challenge: the same product must remain identifiable across packaging levels that experience very different conditions.
The reagent bottle or tube may be stored at 2–8 °C, frozen at −20 °C, −40 °C or even −80 °C, exposed to condensation and routinely wiped with alcohol. The outer carton or foil pouch may stay mostly at room temperature — but it still carries the same critical lot, expiry and machine-readable identification.
Using different materials for the inner and outer labels can mean different print settings, ribbon combinations and qualification processes. E-2532V is designed to simplify that system.
E-2532V uses a 2 mil matte polyester facestock developed for medical and laboratory identification. The same material can be used on reagent bottles, PP/PE tubes, cartons and foil pouches, helping manufacturers maintain consistent identification across the entire kit.
Its matte surface supports high-quality thermal-transfer printing and helps reduce glare during barcode and Data Matrix scanning.
Key capabilities include:
The value of E-2532V goes beyond cold resistance. It gives IVD manufacturers the opportunity to build a more consistent labeling system from the reagent container to the outer kit.
E-2532V samples are available for evaluation.
