E-2523SL is a 3 mil PET label material with a high-gloss silver topcoat over a black sub-layer, specifically designed for laser marking with CO₂, YAG, UV or fibre-diode marking systems — the laser ablates the silver top layer to reveal a sharp black mark. Backed with a permanent acrylic adhesive, it delivers consistent surface smoothness and excellent dimensional stability, is chemically resistant, and performs well against friction, high temperature and high humidity for automotive under-the-hood and durable-goods identification.
