E-4834 — 3 mil White PP PVC Blood-Bag Label (−80 to 120 °C, Sterilization-Stable)

Overview

E-4834 is a 3 mil white PP (polypropylene) label material designed for PVC blood bags, tubes, disinfection and low-temperature operating requirements. It offers very good thermal stability across high and low temperatures, long-lasting adhesion and strong resistance to plasticizer migration — bonding reliably to plasticized PVC blood bags (DEHP, TOTM, DINCH). The adhesive remains stable after sterilization, and the flexible facestock conforms to tubes and bending bags with good water-, moisture- and chemical-resistance.

Bonds well to small-caliber cylindrical bottles with an appropriate radius; not suitable for irregular curved or spherical surfaces. Apply to a clean, dry, contamination-free surface (isopropyl alcohol recommended) with firm pressure. Values are typical, not specifications — verify by application testing.
