E-8811 is a 1 mil (0.040 mm) white polyimide thermal-transfer label stock for functional labelling of highly specified electronic goods. With appropriate thermal-transfer ribbons it delivers high-quality, high-resolution print for topside printed-circuit-board manufacture and traceability. The polyimide construction is dimensionally stable at high temperature and chemically resistant, and prints resist smearing when the board and label are removed directly from a reflow or wave-solder environment. Its high-tack adhesive provides a strong, durable bond on demanding, low-energy and textured surfaces.
