EA1619 is a matte black polyester film label developed specifically for black solar panels. Conventional white labels printed in black often suffer ink lift-off, cracking and bubbling in harsh environments; EA1619 replaces them with a dedicated black material that matches the black panel finish. It withstands 121 °C, 100 % RH and a 60 h accelerated environment — no cracking, no yellowing, no wrinkling under test. Offering excellent crack, HAST-60 and UV resistance plus dimensional stability, opacity and chemical resistance, it is built for durable nameplate and rating-label applications on solar modules and outdoor equipment. Service temperature −40 to +149 °C. UL969 recognized.
