• Construction: high-temperature permanent acrylic PSA · thermal-transfer printable white polyimide.
• Temperature: 100 h @ 150 °C (long-term) · 5 min @ 260 °C (operating) · 90 sec @ 300 °C (short-term) — survives multi-cycle reflow.
• Tack ≥ 1000 g/in (XF-101S) / ≥ 1200 g/in (XF-102 series); Taber abrasion resistant; passes MIL-STD-202G Method 215K; flux & cleaner resistant (Kyzen, Zestron, IPA).
• XF-101ME, XF-101SE and XF-102SE are static-dissipative: static decay 0.02 s · low-charging PSA/liner < 125 V.
